6. Orders & Acceptance

An order is not accepted until:

• Payment is authorized, and
• We confirm the order via email

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order prior to shipment.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where prohibited by law.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
